On April 17, staff of the Golden Monkey Nature Reserve in Badong County, Hubei Province, accidentally discovered a rare scene of white muntjac and yellow muntjac foraging together while collecting and sorting out infrared camera monitoring data.
In the picture, the white muntjac and the yellow muntjac walked one after the other in the open space in the dense forest. The white muntjac was snow-white with a pair of white horns on its head. It was nibbling on the grass and looked up from time to time, appearing very cautious.
