Located in Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China, Gulinqing Primeval Forest is one of the most intact and pristine alpine forests in China. This primeval forest is vast, with lush vegetation and rich biodiversity. Many endangered species thrive here. Common animals in the forest include golden monkeys, snow leopards, blue sheep, white-lipped deer, etc., while plants include rhododendrons, ginkgo trees, redwoods, etc.

In order to protect the ecological balance of Gulinqing Primeval Forest, the local government has restricted the number of tourists and established a protection area and management agency. In early 2023, a batch of Onick 4G infrared cameras were used to survey rare wildlife in the forest area. The model is Onick AM-999G.

The Onick AM-999G wildlife infrared monitoring camera uses a rechargeable 10000mHA battery and can take 5000-10000 photos. It can capture clear images of 36MP images and 4K videos with clear recordings. With a built-in 120° detection angle, the 4G tracking camera sends photos to your phone, capturing more vivid wildlife moments in minute detail, day or night. Using 56 infrared flashes and 940nm infrared LEDs, pictures are sent to your phone, providing detailed black and white night vision images. The 4G tracking camera is triggered instantly in 0.3 seconds, and you can use the mobile phone APP with the camera to take photos or videos in real time. Selecting pictures becomes easier, and you can remotely watch the live scene in real time and download pictures and videos without opening the camera and moving the SD card.
